Looking Towards Day 2

The Bengals have 2 picks today in the 2nd (37th and 53rd) and 1 in the 3rd (84) and there are lots of quality starters still out there. My ideal draft for today would include the FIU Safety, Johnathan Cyprien at 37th, NC RB Giovanni Bernard at 53rd, and Alabama Center, Barrett Jones at 84. However, the Bengals are unlikely to be calling me for my thoughts. Being that the Bengals seem to draft strictly by their board, there are a lot of players that remain and could be candidates for the Bengals with the 5th pick in the 2nd Round.  Either way, it should be an exciting Day 2 of the Draft.

Players in Play at 37:
Eddie Lacy – RB, Alabama
Manti Te’o – LB Notre Dame
Montee Ball – RB Wisconsin
Kevin Minter – LB LSU
Arthur Brown – LB Kansas State
Menelik Watson – OT Florida State
Tank Carradine – DE Florida State

Players in Play at 53:
Tank Carradine – DE Florida State
Giovanni Bernard – RB North Carolina
Montee Ball – RB Wisconsin
Johnathan Franklin – RB UCLA
Damontre Moore – DE Texas A&M
Khaseem Greene – LB Rutgers
Shamarko Thomas – S Syracuse
DJ Swearinger – S South Carolina
Tyrann Mathieu – CB LSU
